Refund policy
UK Customers
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, for any reason. Returns within the UK are free, just get in touch and we'll arrange a pre-paid return label.
EU & International Customers
Under EU consumer law, if you're based in the EU you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order, for any reason and without justification. The item must come back in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. EU and international customers are responsible for their own return postage costs.
Damages, Errors & Incorrect Grading
We do our best to grade and describe every record accurately, but if something arrives damaged, defective, not as described, or isn't what you ordered, let us know straight away. In these cases we'll cover return postage and issue a full refund of the item price and original shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email support@carbootsoul.com with your order number and reason for return. Or fill out the form on the Returns page. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back without getting in touch first, as unrequested returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still haven't seen it, get in touch.
Exceptions
Items from the Car Boot Sale catalogue or any Sale items can't be returned, as these are low-value, discounted stock.
